Whatever I Feel Like

Update on the house: the appraisal came back at 15K LESS than the asking price, so we amended our offer to reflect the difference. I guess they didn’t like that number too much because now they are paying to have their own appraisal done. In all honesty, I hope the next appraisal comes back a little higher so hopefully they will say, “Okay, fine. We’ll accept that offer.” Right now, though, we’re just playing the waiting game. Did I ever tell you how much I hate waiting? It’s definitely not my strong suit! I keep hearing a little nagging voice in my head saying, “Patience is a virtue.” And then I smack that little voice upside its head. Heh.

So yeah. That’s it.
