Hello?

Man, I hate when I get NO comments on my posts. Does that make me a big baby?

Anyway, new food plan is going well. I went through a bitch of a withdrawal headache yesterday, though. I have a slight headache today, but it’s very minor and very in the background, so it’s manageable. I’m wondering what my body is detoxing from the most. Is it the cheese? The wheat? The butter? The sugars in the turkey sausage and Ezekiel products? I guess we’ll never know.

Connor graduates from elementary school tomorrow. Time flies. There will be plenty of pictures to document the event, of course. He wants to wear a suit jacket to the ceremony. I don’t have a problem with that, but did you know suit jackets cost like $70 and up? That is crazy! He’s in men’s sizes, so no more kid prices for us. We went to a few places tonight looking for something reasonable, but found nothing. We’ll head to Kohl’s shortly and if there’s nothing there, then he is out of luck. Remember the days when there was no such thing as a graduation unless you were actually, um, graduating?? And by graduating, I mean – high school. Nowadays, there’s graduations for pre-school, graduations for Kindergarten, graduations for elementary school, graduations for Jr. High – by the time you graduate Sr. High, it’s almost meaningless. Bah.

Only 11 more days until we move into our house!!

Hi Amy. I hope your sugar-cheese-wheat withdrawl headache is goin away, cause background or not, it’s still annoying as all heck. Our ‘baby’ just graduated from elem too…2 weeks ago. And they were very careful to point out it was not an actual graduation, but a promotion! I am so not quite ready for the junior high thing, not to mention the fortune I had to cough up for PE clothes; gimme a break! I hope you are excited about your move…I’m excited for you guys (says the renter who’s time is coming)!!

Comment, comment, comment. LOL! I know what you mean. Sometimes I feel like yelling “HELLO!” on my blog, just to see if anyone would answer me. But then I realize that most of what I talk about on my blog, I also talk about on boards, and lots of people respond to me there…so I guess it all averages out.

Wow…Connor’s growing up fast! Well, they all are, but graduations sure mark the moment in time, kwim?

And then when you graduate college, NOBODY cares. Heh. ;)
