So – who has experience with tofu? And not American Pie type experience, either.
I want to start eating more of it, but I’m kind of scared. I had some of the extra-firm the other night… I pan sauteed it with some spices and it was *okay*. I want to have some of the silken kind for breakfast, but I’m afraid it will be totally gross. Do I press the water out of it like I did with the firm kind? If I mix it with yogurt and a fruit, will it be creamy or lumpy? Will it taste like ass or nothing at all?
What about pointers and tips? Help a tofu newbie out!
