Today I got caught up on some much-neglected beauty. I got a pedicure and a refill for my fingernails in Dulce de Leche. Also got the eyebrows and ‘stach waxed. I had Aric with me and he was in rare form… he asked for an acrylic nail on one of his nails and got it… And also asked me – loudly – why I wasn’t going to let my goatee grow in. Ha! I’m a hairy girl, but I’m not that hairy. Yet. We then headed to the mall where we got Aric’s new school backpack from PacSun and I picked up a tube of Définicils mascara and two Reflective Eye Colors from Prescriptives. (I got Mocha Moon and Satellite Wine.) I also picked up a hot oil treatment for my hair to do tomorrow – it has seemed pretty damaged lately. I don’t know if it’s just the length or what, but I have so many knots when I get out of the shower, it’s ridiculous. I feel like I need my mommy to buy some No More Tangles and give me a big bowl of ice cream for the pain of having to comb it out. Wow, total flashback moment there. So, anyway – all beautified now. Yay!
