I have never had a purebred before either, but last Jan, we had to put down our "Pound Puppy", Bella - a Rottweiler(muttish mix!). My daughter got me a purebred cocker in March for my BD. (She's a vet tech @ an animal hosp, so has breeder contacts) His name is Mr Bojangles (BO to us). And although he's good (like a 2 yr old again!) - I get irritated sometimes, cause I taught the kids that you NEVER buy something live for anyone...I can't imagine my little life without him! I know this will be a fun and trying Christmas for us all! LOL! God Bless! That is sweet!
