Cold Hands

I’m usually colder than most people I know. I think my internal temperature gauge is just screwed up or something. I don’t know if it’s related to losing over 100 pounds over the past 5 years or not. I used to think it was because my metabolism was trying to catch up to my weight loss, but I’m beginning to think I didn’t know what in the world I was hypothesizing about. So, yeah, I’m used to being cold - but the past two days I’ve had a different spin on that problem. My hands have been like icicles! The rest of me is slightly chilly, sure, but my hands feel like they haven’t had blood circulating in them since last week. I wish I knew what caused this stuff and if I could cure it, because it sure is annoying. I can already see what my night is going to look like - going home and piling on a bunch of comfy layers to warm my freezing self up!
I wish I was cold! I’m the girl with her head in the freezer in the middle of the night!
welcome to my world! my hands are always cold. but that’s why i have a husband - to warm them up! :)
My hands are mostly always cold. I never used to be bothered by the cold. I always blamed the switch in my temperature gauge on working in heated (90 degree) baby pig nurseries for several years. I got used to the high temps and couldn’t take the cold anymore.
I am always freezing too. Even pregnant I freeze to death. So you are not alone. :)
