Whatever I Feel LikeGosh!

My meds did a number on me last night! I went to bed a little after 11 and read for a short while before falling asleep. [I'm reading The Memory Keeper's Daughter currently, for those interested.] All was well until about an hour later when I woke up having to pee - because I did not fall back into a full sleep after that. I kept waking up, after tossing and turning, just about every hour. Finally, a little after 3, I got up and went to lay on the family room couch. I read for about an hour and a half and finally fell back asleep around 5, only to have to wake up for work at 6:30. During the night I was tempted to get online to pass the time, but I knew once I sat in front of the computer, it would be all over and I would get no sleep at all. At least I got a little bit out of the deal. I’m not wiped out right now - but I feel fatigued, if that makes any sense. I need to take the same medication this morning, so hopefully it will just keep me wired and then I will crash hard tonight. I do not do well with little sleep - I’m a definite sleep brat!
