Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia!

When we planted grass around our patio, the bag of seed spilled a bit - right into one of my planters, giving me my very own Chia Pet! How funny is this? Cracked me up when I saw a sod garden growing in my planter. I’m not sure what happened to the flowers that were in there - I think they got washed out from heavy rains and the planter was just a bucket of potting soil.

Amazing how grass will grow anywhere! I have cherry tomatoes growing in my pot, instead of flowers. You can’t eat flowers. Of course, I’m not eating cherry tomatoes yet, either because they’re still green.
That is quite a modern outdoor accessory you have there! Pretty cheap too!
that looks adorable man.I always like people who make this world greener by any means.Great job my friend though a small one
That is neat, cha cha chia is right. I plant a pot of grass(where is the dea?) for my cat. He is house bound (declawed) so the grass keeps his digestive system in order. I put it in the window and he sits in it and nibbles. Poor thing now I feel bad:(
My neighbour planted 3 pots of what appeared to be chives. I say “appeared” in the past tense because he neglected them, now there’s just three pots of dead-looking grass sitting there. Kinda weird.
Ha ha thats awesome. How are you going to mow it?
