My recent &quot;jean shrinkage&quot; and a confirming weigh-in at the doctor&#039;s office has me realizing I need to lay off the Cheetos and get off the couch to lose a few pounds!</description>

Maybe, since you&#039;ve taken up exercise, you should measure yourself in several key places and use that, along with the scale, to make sure you&#039;re headed in the right direction.</description>
